Report a scam or rip-off:
If you have been the victim of an online scam or rip-off, or one via email, mobile phone call or text you can report fraud by calling the Citizen’s Advice Line on 03444 111 4444. Citizens Advice take those reports on behalf of trading standards and log them on a database that trading standards officers have access to.
